JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Advise on the company’s product, solve customers’ query via phone
- Collect customers’ complaints, responses; and work with other departments to find a quick and relevant solution
- Monitor customers’ satisfaction, determine the cause of problem and propose solutions for improvements
- Come up with a customer care plan and implement it on a monthly, quartetly and yearly basis
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Have customer support experience and love to take care of customers over the phone
- Clear voice and good communication skills
- Have ability to persuade, solve problems and handle situations
- Have ability to understand data, analyze customers’ status and give timely advise
- Devoted, careful and highly responsible
- Have a personal laptop
