• Advise on the company’s product, solve customers’ query via phone
  • Collect customers’ complaints, responses; and work with other departments to find a quick and relevant solution
  • Monitor customers’ satisfaction, determine the cause of problem and propose solutions for improvements
  • Come up with a customer care plan and implement it on a monthly, quartetly and yearly basis
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor


  • Have customer support experience and love to take care of customers over the phone
  • Clear voice and good communication skills
  • Have ability to persuade, solve problems and handle situations
  • Have ability to understand data, analyze customers’ status and give timely advise
  • Devoted, careful and highly responsible
  • Have a personal laptop
