JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Monitor and assess quality of services.
  • In charge of reporting all feedbacks from Taskers and customers.
  • Regularly conduct survey trips.
  • Process all irregular feedback about quality of service.
  • Supervise on the growth of products and deliver best solutions to marketize products to consumers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Over 3 years of experience.
  • Delicate, smooth, friendly and attentive communication skill.
  • Persuasion, problem-solving and complaint-handling skills.
  • Abilitiy to understand statistics, analyze specific statuses of customers and deliver prompt solutions.
  • Candidates with Customer Service experiences in house cleaning service company or related areas.
  • Energetic, careful, high responsibility and can handle work pressures.
