JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  • Make daily bank payment orders
  • Pay company expenses when incurred
  • Registration to handle operations of social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance for employees
  • Track personnel, make employment contracts for employees according to regulations
  • Retain personnel records and documents according to regulations

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Over 2 year of experience in related fields.
  • Competent in office computer skills and accounting softwares.
  • Deep knowledge about the accounting system and procedures applied in Vietnam.
  • Have good planning and analyzing skills.
  • Highly responsible and have ability to work under pressure.
  • Have personal laptop.
