JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Make daily bank payment orders
- Pay company expenses when incurred
- Registration to handle operations of social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance for employees
- Track personnel, make employment contracts for employees according to regulations
- Retain personnel records and documents according to regulations
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Over 2 year of experience in related fields.
- Competent in office computer skills and accounting softwares.
- Deep knowledge about the accounting system and procedures applied in Vietnam.
- Have good planning and analyzing skills.
- Highly responsible and have ability to work under pressure.
- Have personal laptop.
