Dessert: Fruit Yogurt

Yogurt provides many benefits to our health. When combined with other vitamin-rich fruits, yogurt would be even a more essential source of energy, providing probiotics, prebiotics, and numerous essential nutrients. Current findings suggest that an increased intake of yogurt and fruits could reduce the intake of high-calorie food. In particular, during the COVID epidemic, this dish will be the best option for your family – both convenient and effective to strengthen the immune system.
