RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

As the role of HRBP, you will be fully in charge for:

1. Strategic Partnership & Organizational Development

  • Partner with department heads and managers to design organizational structures, workforce plans, and headcount strategies;
  • Analyze workforce data and performance insights to propose talent development initiatives and organizational improvements;
  • Contribute to the development of competency frameworks, career paths, and succession planning.

2. People Management

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute HR processes effectively: recruitment, performance evaluation, recognition, discipline, and employee engagement;
  • Provide guidance to managers on handling employee relations, policy interpretation, performance issues, and team dynamics;
  • Support HR initiatives such as onboarding/offboarding, employee surveys, and culture-building programs.

3. Data-Driven HR & Process Improvement

  • Monitor and report key HR metrics such as turnover rate, engagement score, productivity, and absenteeism;
  • Identify areas for HR process enhancement and lead continuous improvement initiatives;
  • Implement best practices in performance management, feedback systems, and development programs.

4. Other tasks: Perform other duties as assigned by the direct manager and the Board of Directors (BOD).

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Must to Have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in an HRBP or equivalent role;
  • Strong understanding of organizational development, HR systems, and employee behavior;
  • Analytical thinking, strategic mindset, and a holistic view of organizational dynamics;
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills;
  • Have a personal laptop.

Nice to Have: 

  • Experience in tech companies or fast-growing startups;
  • Knowledge in Talent Management, Organizational Development, or Coaching;
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and HR analytics tools.
