RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

As the role of Talent Acquisition Executive, you will be fully in charge for:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers across departments to identify staffing needs and define role requirements, with a focus on Tech positions;
  • Define selection criteria and develop targeted strategies for each position;
  • Source potential candidates through online platforms, including professional networks and social media;
  • Design and execute interview processes, including screening calls, skills assessments, and in-person interviews;
  • Evaluate candidate profiles using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate and efficient processing;
  • Craft job descriptions and interview questions tailored to position-specific competencies;
  • Lead employer branding efforts, enhancing the company’s visibility and appeal to top talent;
  • Organize and represent the company at job fairs, recruitment events, and networking opportunities;
  • Forecast hiring needs by department on a quarterly and annual basis;
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with potential and past candidates for future hiring needs;
  • Undertake additional HR initiatives and projects as directed by the HR Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Must To Have:

  • 1–2 years in Talent Acquisition or a similar role, experienced in sourcing and hiring Tech/IT positions;
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods;
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations;
  • Familiarity with technology startups and extensive experience in large-scale recruitment;
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and effectively multitasking;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or relevant field;
  • Have a personal laptop.
