Job Overview:

bTaskee is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our content production team. In this role, you will handle end-to-end post-production - from editing and color grading to platform-optimized short-form content - working closely with Content, Design, and Performance teams to bring impactful video content to life across multiple channels.

Responsibilities and Duties: 

As the role of Video Editor, you will be fully in charge for:

  • Edit and perform post-production tasks including sound mixing, basic effects, and color grading tailored to each format and platform (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts/Long-form, etc.);

  • Collaborate with Content, Design, and Performance teams to produce videos for advertising campaigns, brand identity, landing pages, vlogs, testimonials, and more;

  • Create short-form videos that capture trending formats, with a strong understanding of each platform's characteristics to maximize content performance;

  • Support on-site filming and photography for company events, activities, and communications;

  • Perform other tasks as assigned by direct management.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 1-2 years of experience as a Video Editor, with preference given to candidates who have worked in a Marketing environment, Agency, or Social Media team;

  • Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere and After Effects (knowledge of Photoshop/Illustrator is an advantage);

  • Understand the characteristics of each platform (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube...) to create videos in the correct format, optimize length, aspect ratio, and viewer engagement;

  • Possess aesthetic sense, quickly grasp trends, and have a passion for content creation;

  • Teamwork skills, proactive with deadlines and managing small projects;

  • Know how to work with scripts and understand communication ideas;

  • Have a personal laptop.
