1. What is the bTaskee application?
bTaskee is an application that allows customers to quickly book home services such as home cleaning, grocery assistant, home cooking, laundry, AC cleaning, and more, directly on the app. It takes customers only 60 seconds to book a service. House cleaning Taskers or partners will actively accept the tasks, then contact and confirm directly with customers via the app.
2. Where is the application currently available?
In Vietnam, the bTaskee application is operational in the following provinces and cities:
- Southern Region: Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Ba Ria - Vung Tau, Long An, Can Tho.
- Central Region: Lam Dong, Khanh Hoa, Da Nang, Hoi An, Tam Ky, Thua Thien Hue, Nghe An, Binh Dinh, Thanh Hoa, Dak Lak.
- Northern Region: Hanoi, Hai Phong, Quang Ninh, Hung Yen, Bac Ninh.
Over the past 5 years, bTaskee has officially launched its services in Thailand, Indonesia, and Malaysia. In the future, bTaskee will continue to expand to other cities in Vietnam and across the Southeast Asian region.
3. Are bTaskee Taskers reputable and trustworthy?
All Taskers working on the bTaskee system have full personal profiles and documents, especially a conduct certificate verified by local authorities. They all possess at least 1 year of home cleaning experience. Furthermore, they are directly interviewed, knowledge-tested, skills-checked, and professionally trained by bTaskee before officially becoming a bTaskee Tasker. Therefore, customers can be completely peace of mind regarding the reputation and quality of bTaskee's house cleaning Taskers.
4. Can I book a home cleaning service early at 06:00 AM?
bTaskee supports the Home Cleaning service from 06:00 AM to 11:00 PM daily.
5. Do Taskers come to clean on Holidays and New Year days?
bTaskee operates continuously throughout all Holidays and New Year celebrations, so customers can enjoy their vacations with peace of mind. However, to ensure someone always accepts the task during these peak periods, bTaskee encourages customers to post their requests 1–2 days in advance.
6. How long does it take for someone to accept the task after posting?
Once a task is posted on the system, bTaskee Taskers will actively accept it within 5–10 minutes. For weekends, Holidays, New Year days, or peak hours, please post your task 1–2 days in advance to ensure availability.
7. What are peak hours and when do they occur?
Peak hours are time slots when customer demand for cleaning services surges. The peak hours are from 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM and from 7:00 PM onwards.
