Elderly Care by bCare
The Elderly Care from bCare by bTaskee stays beside your grandparents and parents through their daily routines, at home or in the hospital. Even when you're across the city or across an ocean, a caregiver who speaks your parent's language is there on time, bringing real skill and just as much kindness.
All it takes is a booking on the bTaskee app, and a caregiver is there on time.

Why families choose bCare for Elderly Care?
Care tailored to your loved one
When you book, you share your family's communication and language preferences along with your parent's routines and needs. Caregivers see those details before accepting, so the one who takes the booking already knows what your loved one needs and arrives prepared for it.
Caregivers you can trust
Every caregiver has a verified profile you can read before care begins, covering background, training, and experience. You know who's coming through the door before the first visit.
Experienced, compassionate caregivers
Our caregivers train at nursing schools and bring one to two years of hands-on experience from hospitals and clinics. That foundation shows in steady, capable care from day one.
A personalized plan of care
A caregiver works around your parents, not the other way around. They follow the routines, preferences, and pace your loved one already keeps, treating them with dignity at every visit.
Peace of mind, wherever you are
Book, reschedule, and follow each visit through the bTaskee app. You always know how the day went, whether you're across town or across an ocean.

Questions Families Often Ask
1. Will the caregiver be able to communicate with my parents?
That depends on the caregiver who accepts your booking, which is why you tell us first. When you book, you enter your family's language and communication preferences along with your parent's care needs. Caregivers read those details before accepting, so the one who takes the booking already knows what your family expects. Your loved one feels understood, and nothing important gets lost between them and the person caring for them.
2. Can I book, pay, and manage care if I live overseas?
Yes. Many families arrange care for a parent in Vietnam while living in another country. You choose the plan, set the schedule, and confirm the booking through the bTaskee app, then follow each visit and stay updated from wherever you are. Distance doesn't have to mean losing sight of how your parent's days are going.
3. How do I know a caregiver is trustworthy when I can't meet them in person first?
You review their verified profile before care begins. Every profile covers background, training, and experience, all checked by bTaskee. Not being able to interview someone face to face is one of the hardest parts of arranging care from afar, so you see who's coming through the door well before they arrive. Trust doesn't depend on a handshake you can't be there to give.
4. How will I stay informed about my parent's care when I'm in a different time zone?
Through the bTaskee app, on your own schedule. You follow the visit schedule, track completed visits, and receive updates on how each day went, without waiting for a phone call that never seems to line up. When you wake up on the other side of the world, the picture of your parent's day is already waiting for you.
5. My parents only need light help now. What happens if their needs grow over time?
You adjust the care plan, and your caregiver helps you see the change coming. Someone with your parents regularly notices early signs, from shifts in mobility to appetite, and raises them with your family. If your loved one begins needing more than non-medical care, you can move to a different plan or bring in the right healthcare professionals, so a change in condition never leaves your family scrambling.
6. Is bCare Elderly Care suitable for someone with an existing medical condition?
In many cases, yes, as long as the support needed stays non-medical. During booking, you provide details about your parent's condition, medications, and specific care needs so the caregiver can prepare before the first visit. Procedures that require clinical training should always be handled by a qualified healthcare professional.
7. What happens if there's an issue during a care visit?
Contact bTaskee support, and the team takes it from there. They review what happened and work with your family to resolve it under bTaskee's service policies. You can also share feedback after any visit, which helps keep the standard of care consistent.
