How to Redeem Rewards
Redeem your rewards easily in the app Step 1 Open the bTaskee Partner app, then select Reward Points (bPoint) from the Account menu.
Step 2 Browse the available rewards by category or choose from bTaskee-exclusive rewards.
Step 3 Select the reward you want and redeem it using the required number of points.

1. What is the bTaskee Points (bPoint) program?
bTaskee Points (bPoint) is a rewards program exclusively for Taskers who join the bTaskee platform and accept tasks through the bTaskee Partner app. The points you earn can be saved or redeemed for rewards from bTaskee and its partners.
2. How are reward points calculated?
You earn 1 bPoint for every 1,000 VND of your actual earnings from each completed task.
Rounding rule:
If your actual earnings include a remainder of 500 VND or less, it is rounded down. If the remainder is 600 VND or more, it is rounded up to the next 1,000 VND.
3. How many Journey tiers are there?
There are five Journey tiers, each offering its own rewards and benefits:
New Bee: Over 1,000 bPoints + 1 bTaskee Raincoat
Adult Bee: 6,000 bPoints + 1 bTaskee Helmet + 30,000 VND Promotion Credit
Worker Bee: 10,000 bPoints + 1 bTaskee Backpack + 50,000 VND Promotion Credit
Warrior Bee: 16,000 bPoints + 1 bTaskee Jacket + 80,000 VND Promotion Credit
Queen Bee: 3 Months of Health Insurance Coverage
Your tier is upgraded automatically once you reach the required number of points. Each tier comes with exclusive benefits and rewards available only to Taskers at that level.
4. Will I receive bPoints for tasks completed before the program launched?
No. bTaskee began awarding bPoints on July 1, 2023, the official launch date of the bTaskee Partner App V3 and the bPoint program.
5. Do different types of tasks earn different numbers of points?
No. All completed tasks earn points at the same rate under the bPoint program.
6. Can I earn points for tasks where customers use a promotion code or when I bring cleaning supplies?
Yes. Your points are always calculated based on your actual earnings from the completed task.
Example 1 – Customer uses a promotion code
If you complete a 3-hour task priced at 180,000 VND and the customer receives a 30,000 VND discount, your points are still calculated based on your actual earnings from 180,000 VND.
Example calculation: 180,000 × 80% = 144,000 VND, so you earn 144 bPoints.
Example 2 – Task includes a supplies fee
If you complete a 3-hour task priced at 180,000 VND with an additional 30,000 VND supplies fee, your points are calculated based on your actual earnings from 210,000 VND.
Example calculation: 210,000 × 80% = 168,000 VND, so you earn 168 bPoints.
7. How do I redeem my points?
To redeem your bPoints for rewards:
Open the bTaskee Partner app and select Reward Points (bPoint) from the Account menu.
Browse the available rewards and tap Redeem on the reward you want.
Confirm the redemption by selecting Confirm.
8. Do my reward points expire?
Your points are deducted only when you redeem them for rewards. Otherwise, you can continue accumulating points over time to redeem higher-value rewards.
9. How can I check my bPoint balance?
Open the bTaskee Partner app and select Reward Points (bPoint) from the Account menu. You'll be able to view your available bPoints, reward catalog, and bPoint history.
10. Can I stay in my current Journey tier forever?
If you haven't yet completed the requirements to advance, you'll remain in your current tier until you meet the conditions to move up to the next one.
