These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the purchase, gifting, receipt, and use of the bGift service on the bTaskee application, applicable to: (i) users who purchase bGift to gift to others (the "Purchaser", "A"), and (ii) recipients of bGift to use the services (the "Recipient", "B").

By completing the bGift purchase transaction, or by opening, activating, or using the bGift Voucher on the bTaskee application, the Purchaser and the Recipient are deemed to have read, clearly understood, and agreed to be bound by the entire contents of these Terms, along with bTaskee's General Terms of Service to the extent they do not conflict with these Terms.

• "bGift" refers to a feature that allows the Purchaser to purchase one or more service e-vouchers on the bTaskee application and gift them to the Recipient.
• "Voucher" refers to an electronic service code issued upon the purchase of bGift, corresponding to each selected service category, allowing the Recipient to book and pay for part or all of the corresponding service fee on the bTaskee application.
• "Validity Period" refers to the expiration timeframe of the Voucher.
