1. Why does the app say "This phone number is already registered"?

There are two common reasons for this message:

  • Customer Account: You might have used this number to register on the bTaskee Customer app (orange bee icon). One phone number cannot be shared across both apps; you must delete your customer account before signing up on the Partner app.
  • Existing Account: You may have already registered as a partner in the past but forgot. Simply go to the login section on the Partner app and select "Forgot Password" to reset your account.
