- This service supports requests for up to a maximum of 8 hours, so if you wish to book for a longer duration, please place 2 separate bookings with consecutive schedules.
- Maximum of 2 children can be cared for by 1 Tasker, so if you require a caregiver for more than two children, please contact our team for further booking assistance.

3. What are the qualifications of bTaskee's child care professionals?
All childcare bTaskers undergo a rigorous selection process, including criminal background checks, identity verification, and professional training in child development, hygiene, and emergency safety.
4. Does this service include cooking meals or general house cleaning?
No. The primary focus of this service is direct childcare and light cleaning restricted to the child's personal needs (such as washing baby bottles or tidying up their play area).
5. What should I do if the Tasker does not show up on schedule?
If a bTasker is delayed or fails to arrive, please contact our Customer Support immediately via WhatsApp. We will assist you in finding a replacement or processing a full refund.
6. Is there any insurance coverage for the childcare service?
Yes. For your absolute peace of mind, bTaskee provides insurance policies that cover unexpected personal accidents involving the child or property damage during the service hours.
