bTaskee is an app that allows customers to quickly book home cleaning services—such as daily cleaning, AC cleaning, and more—directly through the app. It takes customers just 60 seconds to place an order through the app. Once the order is confirmed, a bTaskee Tasker will proactively contact the customer and confirm the job details through the app.

We are currently available in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi, Bandung, Cimahi, Semarang, Yogyakarta, Sleman, Surabaya, Sidoarjo, Denpasar, and Badung. We plan to expand our services to other areas.

bTaskee Taskers have complete personal records and background information, including a Certificate of Good Conduct (SKCK) verified by local authorities. They all have at least one year of experience in house cleaning. Taskers must pass an interview with bTaskee to assess their knowledge and skills. Additionally, Taskers must complete a professional training course before becoming official bTaskee Taskers. Therefore, customers can be confident in the reputation and quality of bTaskee Taskers.

Yes, you can book a house cleaning service starting at 7:00 a.m. and ending no later than 10:00 p.m.

bTaskee services are available on New Year’s Day and other holidays. Therefore, you can book any task regardless of special holidays. To ensure your booking on a holiday, please book 1–2 days in advance.

Our Taskers will confirm your task within a few hours after you place your order. Please be aware of holidays and peak hours. Please book your task one day in advance so our Taskers are available, especially during high-demand periods.

Peak hours are times when cleaning requests from customers increase. Peak hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and from 7:00 p.m. onward.
