1. How often should I have my air conditioner cleaned?
bTaskee recommends cleaning your AC at least every 6 months. However, the ideal frequency depends on your specific usage and environment:
- Residential (Used 12 hours/day): Every 3–4 months.
- Residential (Used 6–8 hours/day): Every 6 months.
- Offices & Hotels: Every 3 months on average.
- Industrial Sectors: Every 1 month.
2. Can I book a coolant (gas) refill service only?
No. Coolant refills are only available as an add-on option paired with our AC cleaning service. It cannot be booked as a standalone service.
3. How much coolant/gas (PSI) is included in bTaskee's refill service?
Our standard service covers up to 30 PSI of coolant. If your AC unit requires a refill exceeding 30 PSI, our partner will confirm the adjusted pricing with you on-site before proceeding.
4. Do I need to pay extra for the cleaning equipment or the gas refill?
No, there are no hidden fees. All prices displayed on the bTaskee app are final and all-inclusive of the professional cleaning equipment and the coolant refill (provided you selected the refill option during booking).
5. Does bTaskee’s AC cleaning service include cleaning the outdoor unit?
Yes, bTaskee’s AC cleaning service includes cleaning for both indoor and outdoor units.
6. Do I get a warranty after using bTaskee's AC cleaning service?
Yes. bTaskee provides a 7-day service warranty starting from the day your air conditioner cleaning is completed.
