We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing /Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts, aimed at
- increasing brand awareness and driving customer acquisition for our platform.
- developing strategic plans to expand our B2B customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive service usage (B2C).
- Plan and implement campaigns to acquire and nurture B2B clients.
- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation and ROI analysis.
- Oversee all online and offline marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, content marketing, social media, events, partnerships, and PR.
- Analyze customer insights, market trends, and competitor activities to adjust marketing strategies as needed.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and operations teams to align marketing activities with business objectives.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, including hiring and team development as needed.
- Report marketing performance results regularly to leadership with actionable insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a management role.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in both traditional marketing (events, offline campaigns, PR) and digital marketing (social media, SEO, PPC, CRM tools).
- Proven success in customer acquisition for both B2C and B2B sectors.
- Analytical mindset with strong decision-making and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in Thai and English.
- Experience in startup, service platforms, or tech companies is a strong advantage.
- Experience in Martech and AI for marketing is a plus.
