Quality Assurance Officer

bTaskee connects customers with trusted service providers (Taskers). We are looking for a Quality Assurance Officer to maintain and enhance the quality of cleaning services, ensuring they meet customer expectations and bTaskee standards.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Control & Monitoring

  • Develop and implement quality standards, checklists, and evaluation criteria for cleaning services.
  • Conduct regular inspections of cleaning services (remote and on-site).
  • Assess Tasker performance using customer feedback and quality metrics.

Quality Management

  • Analyze service quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Address customer complaints with corrective action plans.
  • Collaborate with the training team to update cleaning guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • 1-3+ years in quality assurance, ideally in cleaning services or facility management.
  • Fluent in Thai and English.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Proficient in mobile apps and digital tools for monitoring.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to travel within service areas for on-site inspections.
