bTaskee connects users with skilled service providers (Taskers). We’re hiring an Operations Officer (Recruit Partner / Home Services) to recruit, train, and support Taskers, ensuring top-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard qualified Taskers, including training and document verification.
- Conduct training on service standards, platform usage, and customer service.
- Monitor Tasker performance and address service issues.
- Build strong relationships with Taskers and maintain engagement
- Working 09.00 – 18.00 (Able to work on some Weekend)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2+ years of experience in partner/vendor management or training roles
- Fluent in Thai and English (written and spoken) preferably
- Understanding of local home service industry standards
- Strong skills in Excel, communication, and public speaking.
