We are seeking a Creative Content & Marketing Executive with a strong passion for creating engaging video content and driving promotional campaigns. This role combines creativity with hands-on execution from producing social media videos to designing graphics and implementing promotional activities to boost brand awareness and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, produce, and edit short-form video content for social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
- Design basic graphics for social media posts, ads, and promotional materials (using Canva or similar tools).
- Work closely with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and brand activations.
- Manage the content calendar and ensure timely, consistent posting across platforms.
- Apply basic SEO and keyword strategies to improve content reach.
- Monitor audience engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow online communities.
- Track and report on content and campaign performance using analytics tools, with suggestions for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Experience 2-3 years in video editing (basic to intermediate) using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar.
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Understanding of social media trends and platform algorithms.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Experience in running social media ads or influencer collaborations is a plus.
