The Business Development (B2B) role is responsible for expanding bTaskee’s corporate client base and building strategic business partnerships. The focus will be on securing B2B clients, initiating co-branded marketing campaigns, and growing the company’s service usage among corporations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential corporate clients and partners.
- Develop B2B opportunities including joint campaigns and long-term service contracts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Analyze client needs and propose service solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet quarterly targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare regular reports.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, B2B sales, or partnership management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
- Good command of Thai and English (written and spoken).
