Responsible for managing and expanding bTaskee’s B2B and B2C subscription customer base, ensuring retention, upselling, and long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage key B2B and B2C accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Identify upselling opportunities and convert customers to subscription plans.
- Develop partnerships with corporate clients and negotiate contracts.
- Monitor subscription renewals, optimize packages, and analyze customer data.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing.
- 2+ years of experience in account management or business development.
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and analytical skills.
- Experience with CRM and subscription-based services.
- Fluent in Thai and English.
